The ZB500N is a fully automatic horizontal vacuum packaging system designed for fine powders such as coffee powder, flour, yeast, spice powder and grain powder. It integrates a screw auger filler, a bag former, an internal vacuum pumping chamber, heat sealing and a finished-bag conveyor into one compact line.
By pumping air out of the package before sealing, the machine produces brick-shaped vacuum bags that are oxygen-free, moisture-proof, compact and shelf-stable — ideal for roasted coffee, flour and other powder products that oxidize, absorb moisture or clump easily. The sealed brick bag also saves storage and shipping space and stacks neatly on shelves.
Built with a food-grade stainless steel frame, transparent safety guards and a Siemens PLC + Panasonic servo system, the line delivers stable, repeatable operation with low labor cost. One operator can load the film roll and finished bags will come out sealed, coded and ready for sale.
1. Application
Industry: coffee roasters, flour mills, spice processing, food ingredients, chemical powder.

2. Main Features
Internal vacuum pumping: vacuum is drawn inside the sealing chamber, giving a higher and more consistent vacuum degree than external suction.
Screw auger filler (CJSL): accurate auger dosing for powders, no dust, no spill, easy to clean.
Screw elevator: automatically feeds powder from the floor hopper to the filler, avoiding manual lifting.
Brick bag shaping: after vacuuming, the bag is pressed into a neat rectangular brick shape — stacks well, looks premium.
Siemens PLC + Siemens touch screen, Panasonic servo drives and motors, AirTAC pneumatic cylinders and solenoid valves, Omron temperature controllers, Schneider electrical components.
Transparent glass safety guards with interlock — machine stops when a door opens.
Ribbon coder prints production date and expiry date (up to 3 lines).
Fully automatic cycle: bag forming → filling → vacuum pumping → heat sealing → cooling → coding → output.
